The National Student Commonwealth Forum (NSCF) brings together students from across Canada to learn about and discuss international issues, based on the Commonwealth model of cooperation and consensus-seeking. It has been held every year since 1973. The 28th NSCF will be held in Ottawa in early May, 2000. Click here for further details.
